For urgent hospital discharges, we can often find placement within 24-48 hours. The timeline depends on patient complexity and availability in our network.

Do you charge families for your service?

No, our service is free to families. We're paid by the adult family homes when a placement is made. There are no upfront fees or hidden costs.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the entire Seattle metropolitan area including King County, Snohomish County, Pierce County, and Kitsap County.

Can you help with Medicaid/Medicare patients?

Yes, we work with facilities that accept Medicaid and Medicare. We have relationships with PDN-capable homes that accept government insurance.

What information do you need to help us?

We need: patient's medical needs, location preferences, timeline, insurance information, and any special requirements (equipment, behavioral needs, etc.).

Do you work with patients from outside Washington?

We primarily serve Washington State residents. For out-of-state patients moving to Washington, we can help with placement planning.
